Pigeon Patrol tries to best describe what you are purchasing on our website. However, if the bird spike or netting is not what you envisioned, Pigeon Patrol will help make it right.

Please note, when returning a product it must be in full resalable condition, original shipping will not be refunded and the product may be subject to a restocking fee between 10% and 25%.

All goods must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving the product for a refund. Pigeon Patrol will refund no shipping costs on returned products.

Pigeon Patrol will accept no returns after 31 days.

Ultra-Sonic Repellers and Cages cannot be returned due to health reasons

Pigeon Patrol cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping when a product is being shipped or returned.

If the product you received is not what you ordered, Pigeon Patrol will refund the original cost of the product and all shipping costs.
